Everyone, remain calm. I do not fully understand the communication issue, though no doubt it will resolve itself in time. Has this happened before?

At times I wouldn't mind attempting friendships with the people here. However, I find this difficult. It's better no one approaches me for such things.

My name is Leni Milchstrasse. Going forward, I will be working with our police force to better the city. Few of you seem confident in that organization, though I am certain it can be improved over time.

I encourage any of you to call upon us when in need. We may not be aware of all situations within the city.

Also, I would like opinions on our force, if I may (or advice on improving it.)

These 'zombies' may be something else entirely. My observations and interactions with them do not fit the stereotypes.

In short: They speak, run, do not attack, and have no (apparent) interest in eating people.

Apart from that (if someone does not mind) I would like to know about the various apartment complexes. I still need to choose one.

I require to speak with authority figures, or persons with knowledge of this place.

Also, I--will need the location of a medical doctor.
